Opened in your browser, read by Google Gemini, not stored by us

When you add a PDF or spreadsheet, it is opened inside your browser. The whole file is not uploaded. To read it, the tool sends the text of each invoice or catalog page, or an image of the page for scanned files, to our server, which passes it to Google's Gemini AI service and returns the result to your browser.

We do not save your files, their text or the results. The spreadsheet you build lives in your browser tab and is gone when you close it, unless you download it. The only exception is our own sample files: results for those are cached so the demo runs instantly.

Google processes what we send under its paid Gemini API terms, which do not allow it to use the content to train its models. Google may keep it for a limited time to detect abuse. Please do not upload documents you are not allowed to share with a service provider.

What we keep to run the free allowance

• Counters: how many files a browser and a network used today. Network addresses are stored only as a salted one-way hash, never as the address itself, and counter rows are deleted after two days.
• Bot check: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is using the tool. Once it passes, we set a cookie (sq_tv) holding a random browser ID and the time of the last check, signed so it can't be forged. It is only sent to our tool APIs and lasts up to a year.
• In your browser: the tool keeps a note of today's free use, your region (India or international, to show the right prices) and whether the bot check passed. These stay on your device.

Payments and licence keys

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Your card or UPI details go to Dodo Payments, not to us. We receive your name, email address, country, the plan you bought and its status, so we can issue your licence key, count your usage against it and answer support requests. We keep these records for as long as your plan is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Who else is involved

• Google (Gemini): reads the document text and page images we send.
• Cloudflare: hosts the site and tool servers, runs the bot check, and stores the usage counters.
• Dodo Payments: handles checkout, tax and receipts for paid plans.

The tool pages show no ads. We never sell your data.

Access and deletion

You can clear the cookie and browser data at any time through your browser settings. If you have a paid plan, you can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, or for them to be corrected or deleted (apart from what we must keep by law), by emailing us.
