Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Try before you pay

The free allowance comes first

Both tools can be used free every day, with every feature, on your own files. Please try them on the kind of documents you work with before buying, so you know how well they read your layouts.

2. One-time packs

Batch pass and Batch pack

You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used no more than 30 files or pages of the pack (10% of it). After that, or once more has been used, packs are not refundable, and unused allowance expires at the end of the pack's validity period.

3. Monthly plans

Pro, Firm and CA firm

Cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your allowance until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

First payment: full refund within 7 days if you have used no more than 10% of that month's allowance.

Renewals: renewal payments are not refunded, including for unused allowance. If you forgot to cancel and have not used the tools since the renewal, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.

4. Always refunded

Problems on our side

Whatever the dates or usage, we refund: duplicate charges; charges made after you cancelled; payments where you never received a working licence key; and cases where a fault in the tools stops you using what you paid for and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time. Files the tools fail to read are never counted against your allowance in the first place.

5. How to ask

Requesting a refund

Email contact@softquilllabs.com from the address you paid with, with your order number or licence key and a line on why. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner, Dodo Payments, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. When a refund is made, the licence key for that purchase stops working.

This policy does not limit any refund rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
