Do I need an account?

No. Both tools work without signup, with 5 free files or catalog pages a day. Paid plans are only for bigger batches.

What happens to my files?

Files are opened in your browser. The text of each page, or the page image for scans, is sent to Google's Gemini AI to read it. We don't store your files or the results, and the spreadsheet is built in your browser.

How accurate is it?

Very good on clear documents, but AI can misread. That's why every result is checked (GSTINs, totals, duplicate variants), uncertain values are left blank rather than guessed, and you can compare each row with its PDF before downloading.

Is one plan enough for both tools?

Yes. An invoice file and a catalog page count the same, so one plan covers both.
