Supplier catalog to Shopify, priced and import-ready.
Drop a wholesaler's PDF catalog or messy price list. Get products with every size and colour grouped as variants, your markup applied, and a CSV Shopify accepts.
Drop a catalog or price list
PDF (digital or scanned), Excel or CSV, however messy the columns are.
From price list to product import
- 1
Drop the catalog
Each page is read in turn and products appear as they're found, with sizes and colours split into variants.
- 2
Set your price rule
Multiply the cost, aim for a margin or add a fixed amount, and choose how prices end. Every price updates as you type.
- 3
Fix what's flagged, then import
The checklist shows anything Shopify would reject. Fix it in place and download for Shopify or WooCommerce.
The details Shopify is strict about, handled
- Variants grouped properly. Every size and colour shares one handle, with product details on the first row only, so Shopify creates one product, not fifteen.
- Problems caught before you import. Duplicate variants, missing option values, missing titles and missing prices are flagged for you to fix.
- Your margin, visible in Shopify. The supplier cost goes into "Cost per item", so Shopify reports profit per product.
- Nothing invented. Missing prices and barcodes stay blank. When a supplier uses one style code for every size, each variant gets its own SKU built from it, like HOOD-901-S-CHARCOAL.

Questions
Will Shopify accept the file?
The CSV uses the columns of Shopify's current product template: one URL handle per product, variant rows grouped under it, and product details only on the first row. Before you download, the tool checks for the usual import errors such as duplicate variants, missing option values and missing titles. Review the products first, because AI can misread a catalog.
What files can I use?
PDF catalogs and price lists (digital or scanned), and Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or CSV files from your supplier, however messy the columns are.
How does the pricing work?
Choose a rule: multiply the supplier cost (for example 2.2×), aim for a profit margin (for example 45%), or add a fixed amount. Then pick how prices end: .99, .95 or a whole number (the default for rupees). Prices update live as you change the rule. The supplier cost goes into Shopify's "Cost per item" so Shopify shows your profit.
I buy from several suppliers. Can I tell their products apart?
Yes. Set a vendor for products that don't name one, and add tags (for example the supplier's name or the season) to every product in the file. Both go into the CSV, so you can filter by them in Shopify.
What happens to my catalog?
The file is opened in your browser. Only the text of each page (or a page image, for scanned pages) is sent to Google Gemini to read the products. We don't keep your files or the results on our servers. Your products are saved in this browser only, for up to 7 days, so a refresh doesn't lose them; "Start over" clears them.
Does it add product images?
Not yet. Images inside a PDF can't be turned into the image links Shopify needs, so add images in Shopify after the import.
What does the free plan include?
5 catalog pages a day (or 5 blocks of up to 50 spreadsheet rows), with every feature. It resets every day at midnight UTC (05:30 IST). The sample catalog doesn't count.
