Supplier sheets never match Shopify's template
Supplier price lists use their own column names, put each size on its own line, and list cost rather than retail price. Reshaping that into Shopify's format by hand, with one handle per product and variant rows grouped under it, is where most failed imports come from.
What's handled for you
Markup applied
Multiply cost, aim for a margin or add a fixed amount, then choose how prices end. The supplier cost goes into "Cost per item".
Variants grouped
Rows for the same product become one product with size and colour variants.
Import errors caught
Duplicate variants, missing option values and missing titles are flagged before you download.
Three steps
- 1
Drop the catalog
A PDF (digital or scanned), Excel or CSV file from your supplier.
- 2
Set your markup
Products appear as they're found, with sizes and colours grouped as variants and your retail prices worked out.
- 3
Check and download
Fix anything flagged, then download for Shopify or WooCommerce, or as Excel.
Questions
How are spreadsheets counted on the free plan?
Each block of 50 rows counts as one page, so the free plan covers 5 blocks (250 rows) a day.
Does it add product images?
No. Supplier files rarely contain image links Shopify can use, so add images in Shopify after the import.
What happens to my file?
The spreadsheet is opened in your browser and its rows are sent to Google's Gemini AI to work out the products. We don't store your files or the results.
