PDF catalog to WooCommerce products
Drop a supplier's PDF catalog or line sheet, digital or scanned. Products with sizes or colours become variable products with their variations, ready for WooCommerce's product importer.

The columns in your import file
Import it under Products → Import in WooCommerce. A Shopify CSV is one click away too.
- Type (variable, variation, simple)
- SKU
- Name
- Regular price
- Categories
- Stock
- Attribute 1 name and values
- Attribute 2 name and values
- Parent
Variations are the hard part
WooCommerce needs a parent "variable" product with its attributes, then one "variation" row per size and colour pointing back to it. Building that from a PDF catalog by hand takes hours, and a wrong parent SKU leaves variations orphaned.
What's handled for you
Parents and variations
Each product with options becomes a variable product, and every variation points to it by SKU.
Markup applied
Retail prices are worked out from the supplier cost with your rule and rounding.
Scans too
Scanned or photographed catalog pages are read as images.
Three steps
- 1
Drop the catalog
A PDF (digital or scanned), Excel or CSV file from your supplier.
- 2
Set your markup
Products appear as they're found, with sizes and colours grouped as variants and your retail prices worked out.
- 3
Check and download
Fix anything flagged, then download for Shopify or WooCommerce, or as Excel.
Questions
Which WooCommerce importer does this work with?
The built-in product CSV importer (Products → Import). Let it map the columns automatically.
Does it add product images?
No. Images in a PDF can't become image URLs, so add them in WooCommerce after the import.
How many pages are free?
5 catalog pages a day, with every feature. Bigger catalogs need a paid plan.
