Hundreds of small invoices, one at a time
Marketplaces issue one PDF per order. Copying order IDs and tax amounts out of them for monthly accounts or GST filing is the slowest part of the month, and the marketplace reports don't always give the invoice-level detail your accountant asks for.
What's handled for you
Seller GSTIN checked
Each GSTIN's check digit is verified, so misread characters are flagged.
Totals add up
Net amount plus tax is compared with the invoice total.
Other marketplaces
Fields are read by meaning, not position, so Meesho and other marketplace tax invoices usually work too. Check the first few rows.
Three steps
- 1
Drop the PDFs
A whole folder at once, digital or scanned. Password-protected PDFs are opened in your browser.
- 2
Each one becomes a row
The fields are read by meaning, so every vendor's layout works. Rows that fail a check are flagged.
- 3
Check and download
Open any row to see the PDF beside the values, fix what's flagged, and download Excel or CSV.
Questions
Is this the same as the marketplace's tax report?
No. It reads the invoice PDFs themselves, which helps when you need invoice-level detail or the PDFs are all you have. For settlement totals, use the marketplace's own reports.
What happens to my invoices?
The PDF is opened in your browser. Its text is sent to Google's Gemini AI to read the fields. We don't store your files or the results.
How many invoices are free?
5 invoice files a day, with every feature. Bigger batches need a paid plan.
